Riveredge Consulting provides specialist outpatient psychiatric assessment and management for adults aged 18 years and over.
We value collaborative relationships with General Practitioners and aim to provide clear diagnostic formulation and structured treatment recommendations.

Scope of Care
The practice provides outpatient psychiatric care for adults presenting with:
- Mood disorders
- Bipolar disorder
- Anxiety disorders
- Trauma-related conditions
- Adult ADHD
- Stable personality presentations
- Work-related psychological injury
Out of scope
The practice does not provide emergency or crisis services, inpatient-level care, clozapine management, or primary treatment of substance use disorders. Patients requiring acute or hospital-based services may be more appropriately managed within public or specialist settings.
Referral Process
- A current GP referral is required for all new patients.
- Referrals are reviewed to assess clinical suitability and outpatient appropriateness prior to appointment allocation.

To assist triage, please include relevant clinical history, current medications and prior treatment trials where available.
Communication
Following assessment, a written report outlining formulation and management recommendations will be provided to the referring practitioner.
Ongoing communication occurs as clinically appropriate.
